Toned and double toned milk contains more than 400 fatty acids. Tone and double tone are determined by the amount of fat present in the milk. Both types of milk protect against cholesterol and fat.

Indian Dairy Association President RS Sodhi says that the demand for high fat milk is high. Tea stall owners also want to use more buffalo milk. This is because it has a high creaminess with 15 to 16% solids (lactose with fat, vitamins and other minerals). That means they can make a creamier tea with buffalo milk.
Not only high fat milk, dairy products like ghee, ice cream, khoya, paneer, cheese are also in high demand.
Skimmed milk also contains essential nutrients
Milk from which fat has been completely removed is called skimmed milk. There is a myth about this that this milk has no nutrients. Whereas the reality is that skimmed milk contains no fat at all. It is rich in nutrients like protein, calcium, vitamins. Many people are allergic to milk because of the fat. These people can drink skimmed milk.
Milk is easily digested due to its low fat content
Dr. Vijayashree says that cow’s milk is low in fat. When we say that cow’s milk is thinner than buffalo’s milk, it means that cow’s milk has more water content. Cow milk has 88% water content while buffalo milk has 83%. The protein content of cow’s milk is also less than that of buffalo’s milk.
